Hotel Metropole Suisse, Como

The hotel has a great location in the bustling Piazza Cavour, offering clean and comfortable rooms with a good view. The service was excellent, making me want to return when in Como again. The dining options were varied but could use some improvements. Overall, a convenient choice with friendly staff and a lively atmosphere.

I couldn't have asked for a better view from my room - absolutely stunning overlooking Lake Como! The room itself was nice and clean, though it required a bit of effort with a pushchair due to some steps. The staff did their best to assist, especially with my requests for extra pillows and a charger. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the lake cruises departure point.

The hotel offers lovely, newly renovated rooms that, despite being small, provided ample space for all my belongings. The decor reminded me of a subtler version of an IKEA room. However, there was some noise from running water that could be heard from showers and toilets. Noteworthy positive aspects include the facilities' cleanliness and the convenient location, while the poor dining options and some noise disturbance are significant drawbacks.
